Preserve what matters
Classic car parts
When a part is no longer available, we reconstruct it from the original – digitally precise and manufactured for real use.
Real projectThe process
From rare original to reliable spare part.
The original remains the reference throughout – geometry, fit and intended load determine every step.
- 01
Capture
We scan or measure the original, including worn or defective components.
- 02
Reconstruct
The geometry becomes a clean, adjustable and printable 3D model.
- 03
Manufacture
The part is produced in a material selected for its function.
- 04
Validate
Fit and details are checked; adjustments and small series are possible.
Reverse engineering
Original and reproduction, side by side.
For this air intake, the existing part was captured, reconstructed and prepared for additive manufacturing. The digital model remains available for later adaptations or another part.

The advantage
Reproduced – and improved where sensible.
Digital reconstruction also allows worn details or known weak points to be corrected.
- Authentic geometry and individual fit
- Suitable for discontinued components
- Durable materials selected by use
- Single parts and small series
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about reproduced parts.
Is an original part required for reproduction?
An existing original is the best basis. For an initial assessment, photos, approximate dimensions and vehicle details are sufficient.
Can damaged parts be used as a reference?
Often yes. Preserved geometry can be captured and missing or worn areas can be sensibly completed during digital reconstruction.
Are individual parts and small quantities possible?
Yes. Digital manufacturing is particularly suitable for rare individual parts and manageable small series.
Can every vehicle part be reproduced?
No. Material, load, installation location and safety-related requirements must be assessed individually.
