CF-ASA
Carbon-fibre reinforced ASA
Very stiff, weather-resistant and lightweight – for demanding functional parts.
Additive manufacturing
Functional parts, prototypes and small series – with the material and process selected for the real application.
Materials
We select strength, temperature resistance, surface and cost according to the intended use.
CF-ASA
Very stiff, weather-resistant and lightweight – for demanding functional parts.
GF-ASA
Mechanically resilient and weather-resistant for robust components.
MULTI
Several colours or materials combined in a single production run.
STD
Versatile materials for models, fixtures and everyday applications.
MSLA
Liquid UV resin enables very small parts, fine contours and detailed surfaces.
MSLA / UV-Resin
Our MSLA printers complement filament printing for miniatures, fine mechanical prototypes and small components with intricate surfaces.
Our printer fleet includes various FDM and MSLA 3D printers for parts, prototypes and small series with different material and detail requirements.

Practical example
These covers were reconstructed for a motorhome, adapted to the installation situation and produced as a small series. Geometry and material follow the real load – not just the appearance.

Classic vehicle part / practical example
The original bracket is no longer readily available for many classic Ducato vehicles and the motorhomes based on them. Using the available installation space and a 3D scan, we developed a precise, robust replacement and manufacture it additively in-house.
Our compatible reproduction, including the matching mounting set, is available exclusively from us.

In-house production
Direct access to the printer fleet enables quick feedback and short iteration cycles.
FAQ
A file or sketch, approximate dimensions, quantity and information about the later load on the part are helpful.
This depends on load, temperature, weather exposure and the desired surface. We recommend a material and printing process suited to the application.
Yes. We manufacture individual prototypes as well as repeatable small series.
Yes. A sketch, photos or an existing component are sufficient for an initial assessment.
Your component
Send us your file, sketch or requirements. We will recommend a practical combination of material and process.
